Here is a bit about Lone Tree and Park Meadows.
Lone Tree’s blue skies, beautiful surroundings, excellent recreational opportunities and flourishing economic community are the first things many people notice about our city. However, Lone Tree is much more. The city’s motto, “It’s a great day to be in Lone Tree,” encompasses the overall sense of pride community members share with the city and with one another. Lone Tree is located South of Denver in Douglas County less than 20 miles from downtown Denver. With 39 million square feet of office space and employment of more than 300,000 people and an economic output of close to 25% of the state’s total, the county attracts small and large businesses. Douglas County features top rated schools, excellent shopping and outstanding recreation opportunities that lure newcomers to the region every year.
City residents care about their community, and major investments are continuously made to ensure Lone Tree remains a great place to live, work, and play. City streetscapes have been beautified over the years through the addition of medians, special landscaping and entryway features, public art, decorative pedestrian lights, and replacement of wood fences with attractive brick walls along many roadways. Arts and culture have been strongly supported in Lone Tree for many years, through its Summer Concert Series, its Independence Day celebration, its support of local arts groups and public art, and the active work and interest by the local Arts Commission.
Park Meadows combines the best of the Colorado outdoors with over 185 of the finest restaurants and retailers. Relax beside the bubbling mountain stream or get lost in the lush landscaping and soaring timber ceilings that are reminiscent of a Grand Mountain Lodge. The Vistas at Park Meadows offers the best in shopping and dining with a view. Park Meadows is a lifestyle shopping venue, with warm architecture and a spectacular setting that welcomes customers with timeless Colorado hospitality. The center combines the best of Colorado’s great outdoors with 185 of the finest and most popular retailers in the country including Colorado’s first and largest Nordstrom. The shopping center serves an affluent market with an average household income in the primary trade area of $115,838, with 60 percent of the workforce employed in white-collar positions.
Considered an anchor for the Douglas County economy and community, Park Meadows is located in one of the country’s fastest growing counties. The strategic location on two of Denver’s major thoroughfares, I-25 and C-470, Park Meadows will maintain its stature throughout the rapidgrowth of the surrounding community as Denver’s only Shopping Center with dual freeway access.
The Vistas, now open, continues to bring new restaurants, retailers and entertainment venues to Park Meadows. The Vistas blends the existing indoor retail environment with breathtaking views, fireside seating and a bubbling mountain stream. This unique mix of art, retail and entertainment
creates a one-of-a-kind lifestyle shopping experience to enhance Colorado’s Only Retail Resort.
